The service
Workflow by L'AÎNÉ is workforce software provided over the internet. An organisation subscribes to the modules it wants and gets access for its people, at the level each person's role allows.
Access is arranged rather than self-served: we review each request and provision the workspace. We may decline a request.
Accounts
Each person gets their own login and sets their own password. Logins are personal and must not be shared. The organisation is responsible for what is done under its accounts, and should tell us promptly if it believes one has been compromised.
An organisation's administrators control who inside it has an account and what role each holds.
Fees
Modules are priced per employee per month, in US dollars, at the rates published on the pricing section of this site. You pay only for the modules switched on, subject to a minimum monthly charge of $79.
Employee counts mean the people you pay through the platform — for a staffing firm, that is the workers you run payroll for, not only your own internal staff.
New organisations start on a trial. After it ends, subscriptions are invoiced monthly. Modules can be switched on or off; changes take effect from the next invoice. Published rates may change, and we will give notice before a change affects an existing customer.
Your data is yours
The records an organisation enters — its employees, payroll, candidates, accounts and everything else — remain that organisation's property. We use them to provide the service and for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train anything.
You can ask for an export at any time while the account is open, and on closure. How personal data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the platform to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to reach another organisation's records, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
Availability
We aim to keep the service available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and faults happen. Where we plan work that will interrupt service, we will give notice where we reasonably can.
The platform computes statutory figures from published rates. It is a tool, not tax advice, and it does not replace your own responsibility to file correctly.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees paid for the service in that period.
Ending the arrangement
An organisation may stop its subscription at the end of any billing month. We may suspend or end access where fees go unpaid, where these terms are breached, or where continuing would break the law — and, other than in urgent cases, we will raise it first.
On closure, data is deleted or returned as described in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and we will tell customers directly about changes that materially affect them.
