Built for the way workforce companies actually operate

Most HR software assumes one company managing its own staff. That assumption breaks the moment a staffing firm, payroll bureau or outsourcing business tries to use it: their people work for other companies, their payroll runs client by client, and their compliance obligations sit with whoever they placed a worker with.

The usual workaround is a separate login per client, or a spreadsheet bridging the gaps. Both cost time and both lose information. We built for the harder case first, so a single sign-in follows you across every company you serve.

Payroll and tax are not places to approximate. SSNIT tier 1 and tier 2 contributions and graduated PAYE are applied from versioned tax tables, so a new tax year is a configuration change rather than a rewrite. Invoicing applies NHIL, GETFund and the COVID-19 levy before VAT — an effective 21.9%, not a flat 15%, which is the detail most systems get wrong.

The books are genuine double-entry. Journals are derived from the invoices, bills and payroll runs that cause them, so the accounts balance by construction rather than by somebody remembering to make them balance.

You switch on what you need and pay for those only. Nothing is bundled to inflate a plan, and nothing is withheld to force an upgrade.
