One platform, two very different jobs

Most systems are built for a company managing its own staff. Ours also handles the harder case — a firm running people, payroll and compliance on behalf of many clients.

Payroll that knows the law

SSNIT tiers and graduated PAYE are applied from versioned tax tables, so a new tax year is a configuration change — not a spreadsheet rewrite.

One record per person

Contract, pay, statutory IDs, documents, training and leave all hang off the same employee, so nothing is retyped between systems.

Self-service that reduces email

Staff see their payslip, leave balance and training record, and raise requests themselves — with approvals routed to the right manager.

Evidence when you are asked for it

Certificate expiry, audit trails and reports are already assembled, so a client or regulator asking for proof is a five-minute job.

The statutory detail others get wrong

Ghanaian payroll and invoicing are not simple percentages. These rules are encoded as versioned data, so the platform stays correct when the law moves.

SSNIT

Tier 1 and 2 worker and employer contributions computed on every run.

PAYE

Graduated income tax applied band by band, versioned per tax year.

VAT + levies

NHIL, GETFund and COVID-19 levies charged before VAT — an effective 21.9%, not 15%.

Act 843

Personal data handled under Ghana's Data Protection Act, with role-based access throughout.

Nine modules

Switch on the ones you need. You pay for those and nothing else.

Human Resource

Records, departments, org chart and analytics.

Payroll

Runs, statutory deductions, payslips and reports.

Recruitment

Jobs, candidate pipeline and identity checks.

Self-Service

Payslips, leave, requests and internal jobs.

Accounting

Double-entry books, invoicing, VAT and statements.

Procurement

Store, requisitions, approvals and stock control.

CRM

Leads, deals and client accounts with live billing.

Learning

Courses, certificates and compliance reporting.

Administration

Fleet, transport requests and access control.

Pay for the modules you switch on

Every module is priced per employee, per month, in US dollars. Pick the ones you need and see the cost immediately — no bundles you have to grow into. If you run payroll for clients, we count the employees you pay, not your own headcount.

Questions

Can we run payroll for more than one company?+

Yes — that is what the platform was built for. Outsourcing firms and payroll bureaus run unlimited client companies from one login on the Professional plan, switching between them without losing context.

How is the price calculated?+

Each module has its own price per employee, per month, in US dollars. You switch on the modules you want and pay the total for those only, subject to a $79 monthly minimum. If you run payroll for client companies, we count the employees you actually pay — not your own staff.

Do I have to take every module?+

No. Human Resource is the core, because every other module hangs off the employee record, and Employee Self-Service is included with it at no extra cost. Everything else — payroll, recruitment, accounting, CRM, learning, procurement, administration — is optional and priced separately.

Can we add or drop a module later?+

Yes. Modules can be switched on or off at any time and your monthly total changes accordingly. Nothing is deleted when a module is switched off, so turning it back on restores your data.

Do you handle Ghanaian statutory deductions?+

SSNIT and graduated PAYE are built in and versioned by tax year, and invoicing applies NHIL, GETFund and the COVID-19 levy before VAT. Other markets are supported on Enterprise.

Who can see what?+

Access is role-based — owner, administrator, HR, payroll and employee — and enforced in the database as well as the interface, so a payroll officer cannot open the company books.

Can we move our existing data across?+

Yes. We import employees, pay history and leave balances during onboarding, and reconcile the first payroll run against your last one before you go live.

What happens after I request a demo?+

We review the request, then set up a workspace loaded with your structure so the demo shows your business rather than a generic sandbox. Most requests are answered within one working day.
